During your 90 minute consultation, Jodi will assess the physical causes of your pain based on over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Using the information you provide from the worksheet, she will also explore the mental, emotional and social stressors that could be revealing themselves as physical pain. You will leave with some homework to take action to allow you to heal from the inside out, not just from the outside, in.

Are you curious to learn more about your pain or condition?
During your 60 minute consult Jodi will assess your pain from a physical point of view. She will ask meaningful questions that will reveal if your pain is coming from a mental stress, emotional trauma or social pressure. You can treat the physical body, but if we do not address the underlying causes, the pain persists.
After this session you will understand the origins of pain at a deeper level. This can allow healing to come more quickly.
