Book a contraceptive phone consult with a nurse to discuss the best contraception option for you, including access to free* fit & forget contraception, suitable for all ages and includes, Implants (Jadelle) and IUDs (Mirena, Jaydess & Copper).

Talk to a nurse about your options by phone call. During the call the nurses will ask you for some details about your sexual health history, medical history and discuss what you are wanting from your contraception. Following the phone consult, the nurse will arrange a suitable date and time at the Thursday late night clinic at Life Pharmacy Bayfair for a face-to-face consultations or appointments (as applicable). Services available at the clinic include, fitting of a new or replacement implant or IUD.

To book a consult, follow these steps:

• Select the best date and time for a phone consult.
• You will be required to enter some details to help the nurses prepare for the consult. Make sure you enter the correct phone number as the nurse will use this to contact you.
• Confirmation details will be sent to you by email.
• The nurse will be in contact for your contraceptive consult.
