This is not a mobile service. The address will be given in your confirmation email. The closest Underground station is Brixton and the closest train stations are West Norwood & Streatham Hill. Free parking is available on site.
If you are unsure of which treatment to choose, Please choose 'Thee Faded facial' (This is just to make sure that there is enough time to carry out your treatment) - Only pay the £15 deposit. I will then asses your skin on the day and tell you what treatment is suitable for you.
The Availability calendar is released on the 23rd of every month. Opening hours are 10am - 8:00pm.
All appointments require a £15 non-refundable deposit (Full payment option is also available). The remainder is to be paid on the day via CASH or CARD. Treatments that are brought in packages of 3 are to be paid in full. ONLY Care plans can be paid in two instalments 4 weeks apart, Please contact via Email for the instalment option.
Appointments for under 18 year olds must be booked by a parent or guardian. They must also be accompanied by the consenting adult when attending their appointment. Besides this there are no plus one’s allowed.
If you are booked in for an appointment and are displaying any COVID-19 symptoms, have travelled abroad or have been in contact with a COVID-19 carrier in the last 10 days; please can you make this known as soon as possible via email, so your appointment can be rescheduled to allow yourself time to self-isolate. Your health is a priority.
A deep clean is conducted between appointments and at the end of every day.
LATENESS, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes to your appointment. There is a very strict late policy. To avoid disappointment, please plan your journey ahead of time leaving yourself with enough time for traffic, road closures ect. A 10 minute grace period Is allowed. Anything later will result in you being charged, time deducted from your treatment and in some instances, cancellation.
A minimum of 48hrs notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling. If you choose not to show up to your appointment without any notice this will go down as a 'NO SHOW' your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged a cancellation fee.
