• We will send you a Zoom meeting link via email at the time of the appointment.
• You will need to send all your tax documents by email, fax or SmartVault PRIOR to your appointment.

• Please arrive to your appointment on time to ensure your tax return will be completed during the meeting.
• The tax organizer located in your SmartVault account will assist you in assuring you bring all necessary documents to your appointment.
• A generic tax organizer is also available to assist in gathering your tax documents for your appointment which is located on our website.
