Home Studio location: next to William Cook Elementary School, RICHMOND
*10 minute walk from Richmond-Brighouse skytrain station* (Detailed Location will be in the appointment confirmation email after booking)
Studio Policies (please read over ALL policies below prior to booking)
- All appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE $30 deposit - if you have not rescheduled your appointment within 3 months of your cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited
- Cancellation with
- more than 48 hrs of notice: deposit transferred to another appointment
- less than 48 hrs of notice: deposit forfeited
- less than 24 hrs of notice: 50% of service fee will be charge
- No shows: 100% of service fees charged
- Grace period: 10 minutes is the grace period and anything longer may result in a $15 late fee or cancelled appointment
