Join us for our Fall Run Club! A challenging yet social weekly running session aimed for all fitness levels! Meeting weekly on Wednesdays 17:00 at Studio Level Up, we set out for a 45 - 55 min running session often either in Frogner Park or down towards Kongen Marina. Starting with a slower warm up pace we build into some running intervals that everyone completes at their own pace! Finishing with a warm-down, stretch and chat!
Sessions are aimed to be challenging but social and accessible for all fitness and running levels and held in English.
* There is availability to leave your belongings in a locker at the training studio should you be coming from work!
* Single drop in sessions available at 150,- nok per session.
