If you, or anyone you live with has tested positive for COVID-19 in the 10 days before your appointment is due; or if you, or anyone you live with develops symptoms of a high temperature, a new and continuous cough, or lost sense of smell or taste, please contact us before your appointment to confirm it is still appropriate to attend.
