This is a YEARLY vaccination of High Dose vaccine, you must be 65 and older for this vaccine. Medicare covers the 100% of the cost for this vaccine. Some other insurance MAY have a charge.

Flu - (Age less 65 ) Quad Dose Vaccination Appointment- This a yearly Quadrivalent(4 -strains of protection) for those under the age of 65

Shingrix-Shingles Vaccination - A two course vaccination. The 2nd dose is give between 2 and 6 months later.

Tetanus Vaccination - booster given every 10 years

We will determine the type of tetanus vaccine based on insurance coverage and vaccine history.

Pneumonia Vaccination - Individual Appointment

Can be EITHER Prevnar(P13) or Pneumovax(P23) depending upon your vaccination history.

PFIZER Covid-19 1st DoseVaccine (12 year and older; 2nd dose automatically scheduled exactly 21 days later) @ Rolseth Drug

You will be receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for persons 12 years old and older. This is a two-part vaccination with each injection given 21 days apart. The second dose will automatically be scheduled at the same time, and same day of the week, exactly 3 weeks later.

After you choose your appointment time, you will be asked for some basic information. Please double check your info, including your email address, for accuracy. This info will be used to update your official vaccine records.

PFIZER BIVALENT Covid-19 Vaccine Booster (for 12 years +) @ Rolseth Drug

- First Bivalent Booster: 12+ with a completed primary series more than 2 months ago and no booster doses
- First Bivalent Booster: 12+ with a Booster dose (old formulation) prior to September 2022
- Second Bivalent Booster: 65+ AND first Bivalent booster dose was at least 4 months ago

MODERNA BIVALENT Covid-19 Vaccine Booster (for 18 years plus) @ Rolseth Drug

- First Bivalent Booster: 18+ with a completed primary series (of any covid vaccine) more than 2 months ago and no booster doses
- First Bivalent Booster: 18+ with a Booster dose (old formulation) prior to September 2022
- Second Bivalent Booster: for 65+ only and at least 4 months after first booster dose

MODERNA Covid-19 Vaccine 1ST dose (18 years and older; 2nd dose automatically scheduled exactly 28 days later) (At Rolseth Drug)

You will be receiving the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine for persons 18 years old and older. This is a two-part vaccination with each injection given 28 days apart. The second dose will automatically be scheduled at the same time, and same day of the week, exactly 4 weeks later.
