WE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY ACCEPTING MONTHLY BOOKINGS.

As we all know, the number of COVID 19 cases have been going up daily. Your health, well-being and safety is our number one priority! Therefore, we will be following our public health authorities to assure that you are 100% protected.
Upon arrival it is REQUIRED to:
- wear a face mask.- wash and sanitize your hands. (sanitizer is provided)- have your temperature checked at the door-please arrive alone, no extra guests or baggages.
*If you or anyone in your household are feeling unwell or experiencing any COVID 19 symptoms, please do not show up to your appointment. Contact me as soon that we can cancel or reschedule your appointment. Thank you.
Hair MUST be dropped off 5-7 days before appointment for customization.
Hair MUST be washed and free of residue such as glue thread, and oils. If dirty there is an additional $30 depending on condition unless selected "wig maintenance" or "wig maintenance + glue removal" in the add-ons section. After booking confirmation please text to schedule drop-off date (number will be provided after deposit confirmation). Failure to drop hair off prior to appointment will result in an additional cost of $40 for on the spot customization if time allows. If not your appointment will be cancelled.
UPON DROP OFF PLEASE INCLUDE: NAME, DATE, TIME OF APPOINTMENT AND TELEPHONE NUMBER IN BAG.
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit fee of $30 made by Visa Debit/Credit Card is require for each booking.
( E-TRANSFER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, please bring exact payment)
(failure to meet the 24hrs mark, you will have to rebook and pay another deposit; this will not apply to cancellations made before 24hrs)
*please be mindful of those after you, I do have clients before and after you. Therefore, please be respectful of my client(s) time as well as my time.
WASH SERVICES ARE CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE THEREFORE:
(failure to meet requirement = Additional $10)
**ABSOLUTELY NO EXTRA GUEST WILL BE ALLOWED.
