Hello and thank you for booking with The Beauty Lab. My name is Tyell, owner and operator of The Beauty Lab. I am home based at this time.
Before booking your appointment please thoroughly read over my policies and requests. If you don’t feel uncomfortable with anything you’ve read please do not book.
Once you book your appointment you will have only 24 hours to either cancel or reschedule your appointment. Deposits are non refundable but are transferable if rescheduling for the same type of appointment. If you cancel your deposit is forfeited and you will need to pay a new deposit to secure a new appointment.
There is a 20 minute grace period and any time after that is considered late and I will cancel your appointment unless we discuss otherwise.
Please allow a 24-48 hours response after message is sent. If I don’t respond please call me!
Lash appointment scheduling: If you need to schedule a fill, it must be 2 weeks from the exact date of your last appointment. Please make sure you have at least 60% of your lashes in order to get a fill. Anything less than 60% will require your service to be changed to a full set.
No foreign fills. Meaning I do not work over others work. I can do a removal for $25 and then apply a full set of your choice (prices vary depending on style).
Due to poor hygiene maintenance I will no longer fill more than 3 fills per set! now only be doing 3 fills per set meaning: 1 full set then 3 fills and then you will have to get a removal and new full set. I will also no longer do 3 week fill ins. 3 weeks is now considered a full set, please book accordingly.
There is a strict no phone policy. You cannot take calls while being serviced. You cannot open your eyes to text. I cannot stop services to check who is calling or texting your phone. Thank you for respecting and understanding my policies.

Please arrive at your appointment with an oil/makeup free face.
All no calls/no show cancellations will result in a charge of 100% of the service booked. Last minute cancellation will result in a 50% charge to your card. The day before or the day of is considered last minute.
COUPONS:
All coupons are only valid for the month they are promoted for unless stated otherwise. If you book an appointment using a discount code and then you choose to reschedule your appointment for a different month, the code does not transfer with the appointment.
Payment: Please bring cash for remaining balance. I will no longer accept Cash App, Apple Pay or Venmo as a form of payment. If you absolutely have to use any of these forms of payment there is an additional $5 fee.
