Postpartum Core Strength - 6 week Program
Begin to restore your core strength after you welcome your baby. Build strength as your baby grows and ease back into the activities you love.
This program is for women who are at least 6 weeks postpartum and includes:
-6 Weekly 1:1 sessions online (30-40min ea), *baby-friendly
-Demo videos to follow during home workouts (assigned weekly)
-Breathing and posture cues
-List of resources for postpartum women
-Available for any geographic location (online!)
