What's even better is if you can walk more efficiently and painlessly. We will focus on improving your walking muscles.

You hate situps or planks because it causes pain elsewhere? When in life do we do situps and planking day to day? We use core when we are not doing anything.

You've been doing core training all wrong. Let's strengthen them in a way you have not been taught before. If done consistently, you might see unexpected bonus benefits.

How do you talk to yourself about yourself? Do you ever talk like that to your family and friends, even strangers? We tend to use our bodies as a tool and not as if it's part of us - a person. Our bodies need TLC - and the only person who can give the proper TLC to your body is YOU. Move your body kindly, and give much-needed TLC.
