We are asking clients to wear a mask for the duration of your appointment. If you or anyone in your household has been in contact, sick or diagnosed with COVID-19, please DO NOT schedule or come to your appointment. I will be more than happy to reschedule for a later date.
To ensure you have the best salon experience we ask that you plan accordingly (great results take time). Although we do our best to create a great salon flow.
- Please have all braids and installs taken down before arrival unless booking a take down service.
- Have hair in ready for service standard (style out, detangled, dry, ponytail (sections): unless a take down service is booked.
- Shampoos are an included standard for all natural hairstyles (no extensions i.e. silk press, relaxer,hair color, etc). Protective styles have the option to add-on (i.e., crochet styles, sew in styles, braided styles, etc).
**PLEASE REVIEW, FILL AND SIGN TERMS/CONDITIONS AND INTAKE FORMS THOROUGHLY BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT** NO EXCEPTIONS! FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION
New clients (have not serviced in 2 months): A $30 deposit, which will be deducted from your total cost of appointment will be assessed at the time of booking.
Existing clients (serviced less than 2 months): A credit card is required to secure date and time. You will not be charged anything unless you are a no show to your appointment.
TARDY POLICY - 15 mins or more late appointment will be CANCELLED! You will not be able to rebook without a $50 deposit which is non-refundable.
REMAINING BALANCE - MUST be paid with Credit Card, or Cash!RESCHEDULING - in the event that you need to reschedule your appointment you must give a 24 hour notice, the first time there’s no fee. Second must be paid in full, and the third will be CANCELLED!
