Attention: Nothing to eat, smoke or drink 30 minutes before testing. Nothing by mouth please.
- Asymptomatic Patients Only - We only test asymptomatic (no symptoms) patients at our lab. You must be symptom free 48 hours or longer prior to any testing at our lab.
- Insurance - We do not invoice insurance companies directly (patients pay for their tests). We will provide you a detailed receipt of your payment and a description of services that you may submit on your own.
- Reschedule Policy - We are happy to reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours prior to your appointment. You can do this by accessing your appointment confirmation email and clicking on the "Change Appointment" Button. Rescheduling with less than 12 hour notice will require you to email: mobiledrugtesters@gmail.com If it is a pre-paid appointment you will need to cancel the test per the cancellation policy and then reschedule it like you were booking a new appointment.
- Cancellation Policy - All cancellations of prepaid appointments will incur a $50 cancellation fee. The balance of your test will be refunded to your card. The cancellation policy is applied exactly the same way to all patients - no exceptions. You must email mobiledrugtesters@gmail.com to request your appointment to be canceled.
- Mask - A mask or facial covering is required to enter the lab.
