The Fine Print:
Payment for VIP Experiences must be made at time of booking. Prices are based on standard tour and tasting execution; non-standard accommodations may incur an additional charge. The VIP Tour & Tastings experiences are only available for guests 21 years of age and older. No underaged guests or pets are allowed in the VIP tasting room at anytime; this includes children of adult guests. ONLY booked and paid guests are allowed in the VIP room and to participate in the experience. You cannot have additional guests arrive with your party to "tag along" or participate in the tour. Tours will begin at scheduled time; late arrivals will be accommodated within the booking window of the booked tour and tasting package as time allows.
The VIP Tour experience is located on the second floor of the winery and will require each participant to climb at least one flight of stairs at the beginning of their tour, one flight down at the end of their tour, and a small amount of walking.
Cancellation requests received up to 48 hours prior to your reservation date and time will receive a refund equal to your total booking fee minus a cancellation fee of $10. Cancellation requests received 48 to 24 hours prior to your reservation date and time will receive a refund equal to your total booking fee minus a cancellation fee of $50. No refunds will be offered within 24 hours of your reservation date and time. Guests are able to reschedule their appointments online up until 48 hours prior to their tour time. Guests can reschedule their appointments by phone within 48 hours of their tour time for a rebooking fee equal to 10% of their booking total, or $25 which ever is greater. Rescheduled appointments within the 48 hour time frame can only be rescheduled one time, and are not refundable if cancelled.
