Effective 8/13/2021: CDC recommends a 3rd dose of Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine ONLY if the following criteria are met:
Effective 10/21/2021, For individuals who received Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines, the following groups are eligible for a booster shot at 6 months or more after their initial series:
Effective 10/21/2021, People who got the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine, booster shots are also recommended for those who are 18 and older and who were vaccinated two or more months ago.
**ONLY FOR BOOSTER SHOTS, YOU MAY SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO RECEIVE ANY OF THE 3 AVAILABLE COVID-19 VACCINES (Pfizer, Moderna or J&J) AS YOUR BOOSTER DOSE**
You must bring a valid government-issued ID with your appointment in order to be vaccinated. If <16 years old you can bring a passport, birth certificate, or medical document with name and DOB on it. We are not able to vaccinate without proper identification that matches your appointment confirmation.
