Testing:

Appointment information should be under the name for the person who is getting the test. Regrettably, we currently CANNOT accept insurance for rapid testing. Please read service descriptions for information on fees and insurance acceptance.

Vaccine:

Appointment information should be under the name for the person who is getting the vaccine. Just come inside the pharmacy and don't forget to bring your ID and Issuance card or Foreign Passport.

Note: Children ages 17 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to receive a vaccine.

COVID-19:

If your COVID-19 test is for travel: Make sure to check the airline requirements before booking your appointment. We do not process refunds or reschedule appointments.
