Christian County Health Department will be administering COVID19 vaccines to anyone 18 years or older.
1. A resident of the
Commonwealth of Kentucky able to demonstrate residency consistent with the
requirements of KRS 186.010(12), or
2. An individual providing
healthcare services involving direct care to patients in the Commonwealth of
3. Fall into Kentucky vaccine Phase 1A, 1B, 1C, Phase 2 (individuals 40 and up) & Phase 3 (individuals 18 and up).
You WILL NOT be charged any out of pocket expense for the vaccine.
Only those individuals receiving the vaccine should enter the convention center, unless patient needs additional assistance. Please note that vaccine appointments will be opened based on the number of vaccines allocated that week. This may vary and appointments may change based on vaccine availability. Masks must be worn to enter the facility.
The Christian County Health Department reserves the right to turn away individuals, even those with scheduled appointments, should they not meet the following criteria: (1) Must fall within the current vaccine phase (Phase 1A, 1B, 1C, 2, & 3); (2) Must be over the age of 18 (3) Must reside in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and/or must prove that he/she provides healthcare services in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Walk-in appointments will not be accepted. If you are receiving your second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, you MUST bring your vaccine card to verify your first dose. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time to avoid long lines and to keep an even flow of traffic.
