This appointment includes a virtual one-on-one session with Candice Mallicoat to establish meditation and health goals, as well as a recording of our visit. We cover techniques to make meditation easy and customize them for your life circumstances and preferences. Together we create an action plan and have a 10 minute follow up 2 weeks from your original appointment. You are welcome to medicate before we meet.

Patricia will work with you to create a custom massage session according to your needs. Patricia is passionate about the quality of her work, and only wants to offer you her best! Because of this, due to time constraints of a 60 minute session, Patricia is unable to massage full body as this does not allow enough time to work specific muscle groups and do full body.

Enjoy a 90 minute, CBD-infused, massage/bodywork session and relieve any pain or stress with our expert massage therapist, Patricia. This appointment type is best for clients who want detailed work in specific areas, and Patricia will work with you to create a custom massage/energy work session according to your needs. Also included in this appointment type is indulgence to your your senses with free, soothing hot towels and custom aromatherapy with therapeutic grade oils on the feet and neck!

Enjoy a 120 minute, CBD-infused, massage/session and relieve any pain or stress with our expert massage therapist, Patricia. This appointment type is best for clients who want detailed work in specific areas, and Patricia will work with you to create a custom massage/energy work session according to your needs. Also included in this appointment type is indulgence to your your senses with free, soothing hot towels and custom aromatherapy with therapeutic grade oils on the feet and neck!

Enjoy a healing, energy work/reiki session, with reiki master Patricia, and feel completely refreshed! This can be an amazing spiritual experience for some clients. For others, it is pure relaxation and stress relief! What is Reiki? Reiki utilizes life force energy, which is all around us, to help cleanse and restore balance to the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies. You will feel refreshed , re-centered, more clear, and life's problems won't seem to matter so much.

No time to drive to an appointment? Get ready to experience and enjoy the same therapeutic effects of reiki as an in-person session, all in the comfort of your own home while Patricia works on you distantly. Therapeutic effects include, but are not limited to, stress-reduction, clarity of mind, more energy, a brighter outlook on life, and relaxation. Instructions on what this includes, and how to prepare for the appointment will be available at check-out and when reminder emails are sent.

Melt stress away and enjoy the healing, comforting modalities of reflexology, foot massage, and a foot scrub in the same session! Start out with a 15 minute, soothing, CBD infused foot scrub and soak with soothing piping hot heated towels and aromatherapy! Then proceed to the massage table to relax even further, and enjoy a 45- minute reflexology foot massage. Reflexology on the feet is a map to the body, and working these areas on the feet will bring relief to the corresponding parts of the body.
