NOTE: If you arrive to your appointment showing signs of COVID-19, such as fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, vomiting, diarrhea, etc., you will not be serviced. YOU will reschedule your appointment, YOU will be charged 50% of your service, and YOU will have to pay another deposit for rescheduled appointment.
All appointments must be scheduled online with a non-refundable 30% deposit. Deposits will go towards scheduled service.

I DELIGHT MYSELF ON PROVIDING YOU WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE. I do not issue refunds on salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within 24 hours of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, I require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, I will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost only within the 24 hours of the initial service.
All appointment changes, reschedules, cancellations, etc will be done via email. (936) 524-0858 is a text only number for quick notifications and possible clarification on scheduled service(s), please do not call. I will not schedule appointments via text or email.
LATE, RESCHEDULES, CANCELS, NO SHOW POLICY:
Please understand, when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving 24 hour notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you've booked months in advance.
The cancellation policy allows me the time to inform my standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping my schedule filled, thus better servicing everyone. Naturally Papaya Hair Studio policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.
TIMING & ARRIVAL:
All times for every service are at a default time frame in order to schedule any add-ons. ALL SERVICES INCLUDE A SHAMPOO. Please arrive detangled and ready to shampoo, plan accordingly, and make the proper arrangements. You are welcome to order food during your service. I will not rush myself in order to guarantee my work.
You will not be able to enter the suite more than 15 minutes before your appointment. Please notify me via text when you arrive. Also, please come CAMERA READY. I will take photos before, during, and after your service.
There isn't a lobby or waiting area. Naturally Papaya Hair Studio is located inside of a local boutique, "She Shack, LLC", and you are welcome to come in and look around during boutique business hours or stay in your vehicle until scheduled appointment.
CHILD & EXTRA GUESTS POLICY:
No extra guests or children are allowed.
Please keep in mind that the salon is a relaxing, quiet, and peaceful experience for clients, and I do ask to please make arrangements for child care. Children are welcome if they have a scheduled appointment, however there are hot tools and sharp instruments present. Parents are required to stay with their child (10 & under) for the duration of their service.
Healthy Trim: Helping you maintain the style and shape of your cut as well as removing any damage
Fashion Cut: Changing the style and shape of your hair completely
Kid Styles: Children 10 & under with hair Shoulder length or shorter (at least 3 inches in length).
