An individual breathwork journey while in energetic community. They're immersive experiences. At these circles we go within to connect with our hearts, find clarity, expansion &/or release by utilizing a 3 part breath practice. I create a 40-45 min playlist that will take us on a journey to the depths. This gathering is for beginners & seasoned breathers alike. No experience necessary.
