Vaccination Information

Your vaccination will only take a few minutes if you have all your forms done ahead of time- Some vaccinations, Covid-19 in particular, you may be required to wait about 15 minutes after your vaccination.

Many vaccinations are covered by your insurance and will be little or no cost. Some vaccinations are subject to copays and deductibles that are determined by your insurance. We can tell you what charges if any you will be subject to before your appointment.

Remember to check your email confirmation for further instructions and the links to fill out the vaccination consent form.

Covid 19 Booster

Per the FDA: as of September 12, 2023 the BiValent Booster is no longer approved for use. A new Booster has been recommended by the FDA (CDC approval pending) and will be available as soon as we receive shipment. To receive the new booster, it must be at least 4 months since your previous booster.
