Smarana Deeksha is a sacred transfer of grace or divine energy. It is a process that lifts the filters of our brain’s ordinary state so we can experience the magic of the divine in our everyday lives.

Every Thursday evening, Alison will facilitate a deep meditation to prepare the participants for receiving deeksha. Alison then invokes the divine energy and channels that energy to those present.
