Photographer Access is available between 10am and 4pm 7 days a week. Access is $150 for the first two hours and additional hours may be reserved at $50/hr. This rental rate does not include amenities beyond access to the space for photoshoots.

Night Rentals are from 4pm to 12am, and the fee is $500. A 50% deposit is due at booking. Remaining balance is due within 48 hours of rental. This rental includes access to all amenities and requires a signed contract.

All Day Rentals are $800 with a 50% deposit due at booking. Remaining balance is due within 48 hours of rental. Deposit refund and/or cancelation can be made 30 days prior to the scheduled event. Available Monday-Friday between 12pm to 12am. This rental includes access to all amenities and requires a signed contract.
