This appointment is for the 1st dose for Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine. Your 2nd dose will be scheduled 28 days from when you receive the 1st dose. Your appointment will be at the Julian Carroll Convention Center, 415 Park Ave, Paducah KY 42003.

You must be 18 or older to receive this vaccine. Please be certain you’re available to return 28 days following your first dose to receive the second dose. You must receive your second dose from the organization that administered.
