2nd Booster Appointment Guidlines:

1. Choose the Booster Appointment Below (This appointment is good for both first and second booster)

2. Meet one of the following criteria:

• • People who received Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen COVID-19 vaccine for their first shot and booster
  • Adults ages 50 years and older
  • People who are moderately or severely immunocompromised

-Moderna and Pfizer are the only two vaccines eligible to be given as a 2nd Booster

-Bring Vaccine Card to every visit
