I wanted to dance out of my first class, I felt that great. Having a back injury and aches from exercising, I knew I needed to try something new since traditional stretching wasn't cutting it. Carrie has a friendly spirit that I think is only outmatched by her attentiveness and therapeutic approach. Not to be mistaken with yoga or pilates, what she teaches takes active involvement that gives immediate benefits. After each class, I leave standing taller, feeling freer and without pain.
