I accept payment via Cash, e-transfer, Credit or Debit
I recommend booking 2 weeks in advance for appointments.
If you are unable to find an appointment day or time that works for you, please don't hesitate to contact me via text 778-679-5349 or email lashedbykayla1@gmail.com. I'm more than happy to help accommodate.
I require a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $50 for ALL NEW CLIENTS and ALL FULL SET appointments. All deposits must be sent by e-transfer to lashedbykayla1@gmail.com after booking an appointment request. The deposit will be subtracted from your final total.
There is an additional $20 fee for any foreign fills (fills from elsewhere) as sometimes it is difficult to work over another techs work and correction may be needed
Please read and agree to Lash Extension Waiver as well as the Covid-19 Waiver prior to attending your appointment

*Rescheduling/Cancellation

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can with your confirmation email you will have received after booking if it is within 48hours before your original appointment.
Within 48 hours to your appointment, please text/call/email me directly. There will be charged 50% of original appointment price and can be sent to lashedbykayla1@gmail.com. For new set, the deposit will be taken and charged the rest before you rebook. You will have to resubmit a new deposit to book a new appointment. (Except symptoms of COVID-19 or Any sickness)

No Show appointment

For Any NO-SHOW appointments, I'll be charging 100% of the price of your appointment type. The payment must be made before you book a new appointment with me. PLEASE let me know if you cannot make it for your appointment.

*Late Appointments*

For late arrivals, the service time will be reduced accordingly, and you will be required to pay the full price. Please let me know if you will be late for your appointment before your schedule time. I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment depends on my schedule. This will be at my discretion and with advanced notification of late arrival. It will be automatically considered as "No show appointment" for any appointments 15 mins late
