This appointment is to provide this patient with professional mental health services in community settings by telehealth, or by face-to-face (but only for urgent care where telehealth is not clinically appropriate) as well as pain management cases.
We value your time and energy and respectfully ask that you do the same for us. Once we receive your booking we set aside space and energy fully for you so therefore our rescheduling terms are that we offer one free of charge reschedule but anything beyond that you will not be refunded your $35 deposit. We appreciate your understanding.
Last minute cancellations within 24 hours or no shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
Please note Kathy can sometimes be booked a couple of months in advance so make sure you are happy with your appointment time and if you need to reschedule that plenty of notice is given.
COVID 19 GUIDELINES FOR IN CLINIC APPOINTMENTS
For the safety of all staff and patients we kindly request you adhere to the following guidelines:

If you have been in isolation due to close contact you will be required to wait 14 days before booking in your appointment.
We have full trust in our clients to do the right thing to keep themselves, our staff and other clients safe. Our practice sees many vulnerable patients including immunocompromised, children and babies and it is all of our responsibilities to keep everyone safe and healthy.
