- All appointments can automatically be booked on this service menu by clicking the desired service and following the subsequent instructions.
- 50% deposits are required but are fully refundable if services are canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment starts. Otherwise, deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations and no-shows and will not be transferred. The deposit will be credited toward your TOTAL.
- Add-ons can be selected after choosing desired services.

Late Policy
- Please be on time for all appointments. Being a few minutes late affects any appointments that may follow and may result in steps being skipped in your makeup application. Therefore, despite any grace period, please be considerate of other appointments as they are considerate of yours.
- A late fee of $15 will be applied once you are 10 minutes late.
- All appointments could be canceled once you are 20 minutes late and your deposit is non-refundable.
- If you are running late, please call us at 763-205-2789 ASAP.

SKIN PREPARATION (must read):
•DRY SKIN: Exfoliate and moisturize skin the night before. This will make the base of your makeup smoother and easier for products to apply.
•NORMAL/OILY SKIN: Deep cleanse/Mask your skin to make sure all excess oils are removed from your pores then use a toner right after. This will make your application last longer if you struggle with oils.
•HAIR: All extra facial hair needs to be removed before the appointment for a cleaner precise application. This includes brows, mustaches, chin hair, etc.

Do I have to pay the deposit to book an appointment?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your appointment day and time.
Can I just pay in full at the time of the appointment?
No, I'm sorry appointments are booked on a first come first-reserved basis, appointments are not secured until payment is posted.
What if I have to reschedule my appointment?
Unfortunately, mishaps of life do occur If you must reschedule, it may be done only within 24 hours prior to the secured appointment time, the deposit will transfer to the newly selected appointment time. If an appointment has to be rescheduled again (2nd time) the entire deposit is forfeited. When rescheduling you will have to reschedule an appointment within 14 days of the initial scheduled date.
Running late?
Appointment times are allotted for the time it takes to provide chosen services individually and a few minutes afterward to clean and sanitize tools and areas for the following client. We recommend you get a start to arrive 10/15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to prepare for any unplanned delays. Should delays occur you have a 10-minute grace period before a $15 late fee will b applied. 10 minutes late or later could result in cancellation or rejection service with no refund. The rescheduling policy does not apply to these circumstances.
