A valid credit card is needed to book all appointments on booking site!
All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable if you do not show or reschedule 24 hours in advance. If you pay for a service, and do not show or rescheduled 24 hours in advance you will not be refunded. A new deposit will be required when booking future appointments.
There will be no refund for any services, however, we can discuss any issues you may have.
More than 15 minutes late will result in the appointment being cancelled without refund.
Our consultations are complimentary to all clients, but If you do a no call, no show you will be charge $25 fee for a future consultation.
Three times of no calls, no show will be blocked from future appointments.
No extra guests and mask must be worn at all times.
If you feel sick, or have been around someone sick please stay at home. If you have a persistent cough, or feel I’ll please stay at home.
First time client for any service a consultation is required first to see if you are a candidate for the services you are booking. Please arrive 10 mins early prior to your appointment.
No extra services can be added at time of appointment unless agreed by service provider, and if time is allotted.
Things you should know and do before appointment!! Please read!!
If you are currently on your cycle, or it has not been 5 days past last day of your cycle please reschedule. This applies to body care services only, excluding laser hair removal unless it's an intimate area being treated.
If you purchase fat burner package they must be use within 5 weeks from day of purchased. No refunds if not use within 5 weeks.
If you are having a sauna session, or any type of facial service please come make up free.
For maximum results for any service, hydration plays a huge role! Hydrate days leading up to the appointment, and after this is very important! Also, avoid eating 2 hours prior to appointment if you are receiving any body care services!
Staying consistent, hydrating, proper diet, and exercising is needed to see maximum results with body sculpting services.
For all laser services a consultation is required prior to booking service. Shave 24-48 hours prior to appointment if not you will be rescheduled, and deposit will be automatically forfeit. No tweezing, waxing, or plucking 6 weeks prior to laser treatment, and throughout series of treatment. You must shave only. If receiving laser services to face come make up free, or deodorant free for underarms. If you so happen to forget to remove make up, or deodorant wipes are available.
