Scheduling Terms and Agreements
All appointments scheduled by new clientele are subject to modification and cancellation by Shear Passion Salon & Spa. Prior to confirmation of scheduled appointments, all new clients are required to pre-pay for their services. 50% of this payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation without 48 hours notice.
You can change or cancel your appointment through your confirmation email or text or texting 717-991-6246.
Shear Passion Salon & Spa Cancellation policy- Any cancellations need to be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. If less than 48 hours notice is given, the client is responsible to pay 50% of the scheduled service at the next appointment. Clients who no show/cancel more than 3 times in a year will be asked to seek other stylists, helping keep the personalized schedule easily accessible for everyone.
Lateness: If you are running late, I will do whatever I can to accommodate you, however, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, I may have to amend your services in order to maintain the schedule for the other clientele.
Appointment Availability: Some appointment types can be consolidated and will not require the time displayed. If you are looking for multiple services or for a specific day, please text 717-991-6246 and Laura can evaluate the schedule and reply with any possible adjustments.
