All regular counselling fees will be agreed upon during your initial assessment, based upon our sliding scale and your financial circumstances. However, we can negotiate our fees if you are on benefits, low income, or have financial difficulties.

Coaching and Mentoring is £45.00 per 50-min session

50 minutes @ £45.00

Family & Relationship Therapy - 1 hr. for £73.00

1 hour @ £73.00

Concessionary Family & Relationship Therapy - 1 hr @ 47.50

Crisis Listening

50 minutes @ £39.50

This is a one-off session for clients who would like to speak with someone online or via phone call, as a matter of urgency. This will have to be booked in advance and agreed by your counsellor.

Your Supervision Session - per 1 hr @ 49.50 (Qualified Therapists)

1 hour @ £49.50

- 1 hr for Supervision Sessions @ 49.50 (qualified counsellors)

Your Supervision Session (Trainee)

1 hour @ £39.50

1 hour supervision @ 39.50 (qualifying / trainee counsellors)
