Please scroll all the way down below Appointments on this page and you will see Packages. Please select a package that fits your budget. Once payment is completed you will be assigned a custom code to use when you are scheduling classes.
How do I successfully book tennis and fitness classes?
Step 1: Purchase a package => Once purchase is completed at the bottom of your receipt will be a custom code code to your package.
Step 2: Input your "code" or "email address" where it says redeem code. Your balance will show up on the screen at this point.
Step 3: Book your tennis and fitness lessons up to 3 months in advance with our staff.
How our online system works?
When purchasing any package of tennis lessons or fitness lessons with us, each client is given a custom code upon completion of payment. Therefore, each Coaching Vault member has a custom code that is associated with their account. This code can be found on the receipt of your package. To keep track of the hours, it is mandatory to input your code before scheduling any classes with us. Don't worry you don't need to memorize the code. Before scheduling any classes, please click on the redeem package icon below and input your email address or code that is associated when you signed up. Most of the time, it will automatically pop up once your name is inputed. If nothing pops up, please manually input your code or email. If you still can't sign up, this simply means you are out of hours and need to purchase more hours into your account. Upon completion, when scheduling classes in the future, your code will keep track of all the past, present, and future lessons.
How many classes can I book online?
You can book up to 3 months in advance. The number of hours in your account is the maximum number of hours you can book with us. For example, if you bought 24 hour pacakage, you can only book 24 hrs of sessions in the future.
Need any tennis equipment?
We are proudly sponsored by Diadem products. You can purchase, racquets, strings, bags along with any other Diadem Tennis Products when booking any appointment. Clients will be able to choose the product and pay before scheduling their appointment. Once our staff receives your payment we will contact Diadem and will bring the tennis products straight to you during your tennis and fitness classes.
