COVID-19 Vaccine 2nd Dose appointment - 2nd Dose: (25-42 days after first dose)

***This is for a second Moderna vaccine only, we WILL NOT administer a first dose to someone under this type of appointment***

This is an intramuscular shot given into the shoulder muscle. Please dress appropriately to receive a shot in the upper arm. You will be requested to wait 15 minutes after your vaccine to monitor for any allergic reactions.
