Attention: All services are listed below for your scheduling purposes. Services are by appointment only. Be sure to book appointments with your legal name! Verification will be checked.
If the service has a (*) by the service name, the service can ONLY be booked after an initial in person consultation. Do not book those services if you are a new client or haven't been advised to book them.
*A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. The deposit is transferable once for a future appointment (within 2 weeks) IF that appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours notice. If you are running more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment if time doesn't permit for full service. Refer to the policies for more information.

$100 fee for all after hour appointments. If requesting an after hours appointment Text 678-778-6695 with your preferred date, time and service. Requests will be booked if possible.
Note: Not all requests will be granted.

Accepted forms of payment: Cash - Exact amount please, Credit/Debit Cards, Zelle/Apple Pay and HSA/FSA Cards.
*All payments for services and packages are Final Sale. Be sure to book the correct service during booking. No refunds or adjustments will be refunded for unused services or packages not used in the specified time frame.
*For GIFT CARDS you must provide the gift card number during service for redemption. Contact DEMI CORTEZ before scheduling if you are paying with a gift card.
Purchase Service Gift Cards
*If using a DEBIT/CREDIT CARD or HSA/FSA CARD a state issued form of identification (ID or Passport) is required and will be used for verification of identity. Be sure to book appointments with your government name that matches your card being used for services. No exceptions to policy. Verification will be checked before the start of services.
*If requesting to use HSA/FSA cards for payment reach out to Demi Cortez for prior approval BEFORE scheduling appointments.
