THE $10 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF SCHEDULING

Customer will be responsible for the cost of spay/neuter and any
additional services on surgery day.
We accept Cash, Visa, MC and Discover for payment.

The drop off time for cats is 8:45am and the drop off for dogs is 9:15am. Drop off is at the front of the building. We ask that dogs do not arrive BEFORE scheduled drop off time of 9:15am. We schedule our cat drop off time before the dogs and try to get them checked in before the dogs start entering the facility.

Feral definition: A cat that lives outdoors and avoids human contact: it does not allow itself to be handled or touched, and usually remains hidden from humans.
All cats must arrive in a carrier. All dogs must be on a leash.
Please leave your dogs in the car upon arrival.
The drop off process can take up to 20 minutes, so please anticipate a bit of a wait.
No food after 8pm the night before, but water is fine. Please remember to bring your pet's Rabies Certificate if your pet is current on its rabies vaccine, otherwise the vet will administer one while your pet is here. We do offer additional services that can be chosen on the day of surgery. Please click the following Prices for all services, including spay/neuter to see all options available.

Pick-up times for cats are between 3pm and 5pm and dogs between 4pm and 5pm. If pets are not picked up by designated times, there will be a $20 charge.
