Hello new or returning client, please read over the policies listed below prior to scheduling your appointment.

DEPOSIT :

Your deposit for your appointment will be collected upon booking. This deposit goes towards your appointment balance.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE *
if your appointment is paid in full and cancel that retainer fee will not be refunded.
Please arrive on time. After 15 minutes your appointment will need to be rescheduled + a new deposit will need to be paid.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason, less than 48 hours a fee of 50% of service is charged + a new deposit will be collected prior to rebooking.
48 hours cancellation notice is required to reschedule without a fee.( deposit is non-refundable)
Card is required on file to book.
No show fee is 50% of service.
