Hello new or returning client, please read over the policies listed below prior to scheduling your appointment.
DEPOSIT :
- Your deposit for your appointment will be collected upon booking. This deposit goes towards your appointment balance.
- DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE *
if your appointment is paid in full and cancel that retainer fee will not be refunded. - Please arrive on time. After 15 minutes your appointment will need to be rescheduled + a new deposit will need to be paid.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason, less than 48 hours a fee of 50% of service is charged + a new deposit will be collected prior to rebooking.
- 48 hours cancellation notice is required to reschedule without a fee.( deposit is non-refundable)
- Card is required on file to book.
- No show fee is 50% of service.
DAY OF APPOINTMENT:
- Please do not bring any additional guests.
- Please wear a mask.
- Your temperature will be checked upon arrival.
- Please arrive on time.
- Please silence your phone.
AFTERHOURS:
If you do not see your preferred appointment time listed please reach out via message and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
After Hour Fee: $25
