NO REFUNDS ON HAIR SERVICES. ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS PLEASE SPEAK WITH STYLIST PRIOR TO LEAVING THE SALON DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT.

DEPOSITS: NON REFUNDABLE Deposits are required at the time of booking.
ALL services include Shampoo, Deep Condition and Blow-Dry.
If you decide to arrive pre-washed, your hair must be properly free of any dandruff, gel, edge control or leave-in conditoners.
If you decide to arrive pre-washed, your hair should be properly blow-dried before braiding.
For returning clients: If you’ve already purchased hair Extentions and had it installed previously please make sure when u remove your install at home wash it and dry it for appt. If hair has to be washed and dried at time of appt without any communication to stylist it will be a $25 fee added to service on top of bundle shampoo service.
RESCHEDULING:Use your confirmation email to reschedule. Rescheduling is only valid up to 48 hours before original appointment. In order to use your deposit you must book a new appointment within 30 days of your original appointment date. You are only allowed 1 reschedule per appointment.
ADDING TO OR CHANGING SERVICES DAY OF APPOINTMENT: PLEASE BOOK ACCORDINGLY. IT WILL BE A $25 FEE ADDED TO SERVICE IF YOU NEED TO ADD TO SERVICE OR WANT TO CHANGE SERVICE. IF STYLIST DONT HAVE TIME TO PROVIDE THAT NEW SERVICE YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED! IF THE SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE PLEASE DONT BOOK A SERVICE THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO GET IT!
EXTENSION SEW IN APPOINTMENTS: To ensure hair installs reflects stylist's portfolio, ALL appointments involving SEW IN & MICROLINKS bundles MUST BE purchased from the HAIRBYTAMIKA. (I WILL NOT BE INSTALLING OTHER VENDORS HAIR ANYMORE)
For clients who book hair color: Please be sure to submit a description of color you want when u request hair color for your appt. All color request must be submitted once u book the appt via 📧 the firstname.lastname@example.org
LATENESS: We understand that it can sometimes be traffic so we give a 15 minute grace period to arrive to your appt. At 20-minute mark, a $25 late fee will be added to the service total. At the 30-minute mark and no communication to stylist your appointment will be canceled and no refund of deposit.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS: Will receive a FULL-SERVICE charge + block from future appointment
LATE CANCELLATION: Within 24 hrs: $100.00 fee.
BY BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU ARE IN AGREEMENT WITH ALL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
FOR CLIENTS INQUIRING ABOUT LOCATION: ADDRESSES WILL BE EMAILED TO CLIENTS ONCE APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN BOOKED VIA EMAIL.
