Payments & Fees:
A non-refundable deposit of $25 to $75, depending on the chosen style, is required to secure your appointment.
Appointment Policy: An appointment cannot be confirmed without a deposit.
Rescheduling: The deposit is valid for one rescheduling. Booking a new appointment requires a new deposit.
Refunds: Deposits are refunded only if the stylist needs to reschedule or cancel the appointment.
Please note, without the deposit, we cannot guarantee your appointment.
Service Policies
Hair Preparation:
Included Hair:Type 1B and 2 natural hair is included with every braiding style. Please refer to the style description to select your preferred color.
Pre-Appointment Preparation: Arrive with your hair washed and blow-dried, free from any products.
Age Guidelines for Children's Styles:
Styles for children are offered for ages 6-10 years. Services for individuals older than 10 years will be charged at the regular adult rate.
Hair Length and Condition:
Minimum Length: Hair must be at least 4-5 inches in length for Knotless Braids and other braiding styles.
Special Hair Conditions: If your hair is short, fragile, or thinning, please consult with our stylists before booking your appointment.
Additional Services:
For styles not listed on our website, please contact the stylist directly.
Appointment Confirmation:Your appointment details and salon address will be sent to you upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
No-Show Policy: A no-show will result in a 50% charge of the service.
