The assessment will be done in an open gym environment. Please dress in comfortable gym clothing for movement. For lower body assessment shorts or tights are preferred. Be prepared to go through movement patterns and exercises as necessary.
Location St Kilda, Melbourne, Victoria.
Interstate location will advised.

The consultation is done over Zoom or other video platform.
Please allow enough space for yourself to move for assessment and exercise both standing or lying on ground.
Set up the camera with full view with a tripod if necessary. A gym environment or open space will be ideal.
Please have different bands (glute bands, long resistance bands) and smaller dumbbells accessible during the session.

A face to face in coaching session in the gym. The session is ideal to assist you with assessment of your movements and correct technique for you.
Please bring necessary lifting gear or equipment that you use during your regular session.
