If this is your first time here and you would like to purchase a package:

First choose the package option of your choice and then use it to book your appointment.
Please create an account for future bookings.

Payments:

You will receive an invoice via email. Payment can be made via eft or via credit card or zapper in studio when you come for your session.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations or changes to your appointment cannot be done online with less than 48 hours beforehand (as per our cancellation policy). Please message me directly in this case.

Please contact me directly if you would like to organise a group mat class with 3/4 of your friends/colleagues/running buddies etc.
