Deposit: A $15 dollar non-refundable deposit is required for all services. The deposit goes towards your service total amount.

Remaining Balance: Is due at the time of service and is to be paid in CASH ONLY.

Late Policy: You are allowed a 15 minute grace period. Anything over 15 minutes you will have to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy: Please cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment. If you have repeat cancellations (2) or if you're no call no show you will be blocked from booking any further appointments.

NOT ACCEPTING NEW MEN CLIENTS AT THIS TIME EXCEPT BY REFERRAL

***If you're interested in a waxing or facial service and you're currently suffering from sunburn or active skin conditions please schedule appointment after symptoms have subsided***

***If you're currently on any retinol/retin-a treatments please do not use cream or pills 2 days before receiving any facial or waxing service. The retinol/retin-a treatments cause skin thinning and makes the skin sensitive and more susceptible to injury.***

*** For Brazilian and Bikini waxes, if you're on your menstrual cycle, please arrive to your appointment with a tampon that has the string cut. Please be aware that due to being on your cycle your skin can be more sensitive than usual***

***Please arrive to your lash appointment with CLEAN lashes. This means no eye makeup. If you have left over makeup, there will be a $10 lash bath/cleaning added to your service total. You will be given the choice to decline the lash bath with the understanding that Beauty Marqué Esthetics cannot guarantee your retention and you may need a fill-in sooner than usual.
