Soul Space Therapy

This is an open zoom room invite. If you're looking for a therapist, I'll be here for an hour each week. You can drop in anytime in that hour, say hi, and see if we're a good fit. No pressure. I look forward to meeting you. There is a waiting room enabled for your confidentiality and only 1 person will be admitted at a time. These are early slots, so bring your favorite cup of coffee and it's ok if you're still in your PJ's.

This is a first therapy appt. This is a biopsychosocial assessment where I get a lot of background information and history on you and target the areas you would like to focus and improve on in your life. If I haven't met you yet, please choose this as a first session.

This is a one hour therapy session. This session selection is for a follow up session.
