Late Policy: Crave Beauty and Spa allows a 10 minute grace period, if you haven't arrived by the 10 minutes your appointment is cancelled. Please keep traffic in mind when booking your appointments to avoid your appointment being cancelled. To reschedule your appointment you will have to contact me directly.

Deposits: A 20$ non refundable deposit is required upon booking, this deposit goes towards the total cost of your appointment. The remaining balance is to be paid by CASH or CARD. Class deposits are to be made by CASH ONLY. All deposits are non refundable, but transferable. If you can’t pay your class deposit in cash, there will be an additional 10$ processing fee added onto your deposit that will be paid in money transferring apps ( that does not go towards the total ) 150$ = goes towards total 10$ = processing fee doesn’t go towards total ( only for money transfer)

Class Deposit:

Classic eyelash training: 150$ non refundable deposit is due 48 hrs upon booking

The art of fanning: 150$ non refundable deposit is required 48hrs upon booking

Combo course: 150$ non refundable deposit is required 48hrs upon booking ( currently not available )

Lash lift training : 150$ non refundable deposit is required 48hrs upon booking

NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL RESULT IN BEING BANNED INDEFINITELY FROM BOOKING.

CANCELLATIONS:

I am very understanding when it comes to needing to cancel, things happen, but it’s all about being courteous to your service provider! Cancellations within a 24 hour period are not tolerated and will result in you needing to pay 50% of your appointment cost if you plan on rescheduling to a later date.
