Although normally a Texas waters exclusive, we may fish in Fed waters, if the charter boat permit is on the vessel at the time. No worry, your Texas license will cover you if we do recommend moving out into Fed waters rather than down the coast. Range – 10 – 20 miles from jetty depending on fish activity and weather.
