Eyelash Extensions
- A non-refundable $25 booking fee is required when booking an eyelash extensions appointment. This booking fee goes towards your service on the day of your appointment. This does not include (1) week fills. Those are to be paid in full when booked.
- There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are past the 15 minute late mark, you will forfeit your deposit. It is at our discretion to decide if we will have enough time to take your appointment.
- If you are a NO CALL/NO SHOW your appointment will be canceled and you will forfeit your booking fee, as well as be charged 100% of the services booked. You will need to schedule a new appointment.
- If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment you must do so within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, if not you will forfeit your booking fee as well as be charged 50% of the services booked. To avoid additional charges you must reschedule to a different date.
- We do not offer refunds for services under any circumstances. There are no exceptions to this policy. If there are any problems experienced, this should be reported to us within 48 hours to avoid additional fees.
- Due to the nature of this service, we kindly ask that you do not bring any extra guests with you to your appointment.

Booking Fees
- Your booking fee is due at the time you book your appointment. If you fail to pay your booking fee, your appointment will be cancelled and given away.

- All clients MUST fill out online consent forms that will be sent the day of their appointment.
