As we all know we are still in a pandemic and we must stay safe and follow safety guidelines.
Please cancel or reschedule if you are not feeling well!
In order for Waxing to be Effective and for Best Results!
HAIR MUST BE 1/4 INCH (Grain of Rice)
-If you have previously shaved/used hair removal creams, hair growth must be 4-8 weeks long
-Please EXFOLIATE the area you desire to wax 24 hours prior to your appointment.(up and down, side to side motion for best results).
-Wear comfy loose clothing
-If you are using any chemical peels, bleaching, skin brightening, lightening serums, acne medication please stop using 3 weeks PRIOR your appointment!
-YES, you can wax on your menstrual cycle,must use tampon!
-YES you can wax when pregnant!
-No makeup for facial waxes
-No makeup for Microshading appointments!
-If you are pregnant, on your menstrual or have an IUD placement you are ineligible for V-steaming!
-Must be 18+ to be serviced!
-Male clients book male waxing services only!
-No extra guests
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $15 is required in order to secure your appointment, which will be credited towards your remaining balance.
BALANCE IS DUE IN EXACT CASH
PLEASE BOOK THE CORRECT APPOINTMENT,DATE & TIME!
If you cannot make it to your appointment, please notify us a minimum of 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE so that your deposit can be credited towards your next service.
This does not apply to same day cancellations, no shows, or clients missing an appointment due to lateness.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT WILL NOT BE CREDITED
NO SAME DAY CHANGES
- Clients are only allowed to reschedule an appointment upon 24hr prior notice once.
- Any rescheduling after the first attempt is null and void and a new appointment along with deposit must be made .
- Same day rescheduling will be an additional $10 which must be paid with final balance.
- Please arrive to your appointment on time! We do allow a grace period of 15 minutes, text or email if you're running late!
- If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be charged a $10 late fee which must be paid with final balance.
- If you are over 30 minutes late your appointment may result in cancellation.
- Please make sure you are booking the correct service and appointment time!
- Changing your service the day of your appointment is unacceptable.
- If due to any reason you cannot complete your total service you will be held accountable to pay for the full service that was originally booked.
