CNS will be offering Bivalent boosters to those who qualify: age 5 years and up, two months after the primary series completion, or two months after your last booster.
BEGIN BY CHOOSING YOUR APPOINTMENT TYPE:
- Adult age 12+ OR
- Pediatric age 5 or 6 through 11 yrs
- Infant age 6 mos through 4 or 5 yrs

No appointment needed. Flu vaccine also available at your visit.
Moderna or Pfizer for age 6 months and up offered at this location (dependent on current inventory). For primary doses, only Moderna is available at this time.
Bivalent Boosters are available for those age 5 years and up (dependent on current inventory). We do not have infant (age 6mos to 5/6) bivalent booster doses at this time. For Pediatric (age 6-11) bivalent booster, only Moderna is available at this time.
