30 Minute 1-on-1 Sessions w/Coach Anna

Is your gymnast struggling with a mental block and she has questions or needs support? Do you want your gymnast to meet with Coach Anna and see if she's a good fit before committing to the Mental Block Jumpstart package? Then these individual 1-on-1 sessions are for your gymnast.

All sessions are conducted via Zoom.

Maintenance 1-on-1 Sessions w/Coach Anna

These 1-on-1 Sessions are ONLY for gymnasts who have gone through The Mental Block Jumpstart program with Coach Anna already and need extra sessions to work through their block or discuss other concerns.

*Please do not book if you haven't had 3 1-on-1 sessions with Coach Anna already or your appointment will be cancelled.

3-Session Mental Block Jumpstart Package

This is a package of 3 sessions ($80 each) for a total of $240.

Your gymnast will meet with Coach Anna over the course of three 30 minute 1-on-1 sessions via Zoom. In addition to 1-on-1 support, your gymnast will receive 1 chapter from the Mental Block Jumpstart (in PDF format) after each session, which will help guide her through her block.

After you purchase this package, you will see a link to schedule your first appointment as well as a code you will use to book your two subsequent sessions. You can book these sessions for one week apart or wait until you have your first session with Coach Anna to discuss the best timing for the next two sessions.
